NV “LOIS” Sparkling Malbec

Made using traditional Charmat method, this wine was left sur lie for six months. Pale rose red. Totally satisfying sparkling wine, combining a complex style with freshness redolent of cherries bursting from the tiny bubbles. A gentle acidity suggests that LOIS can be aged 2-3 years. 10,000 bottles produced.

2009 “PINK” ROSÉ MALBEC

Enrique Foster ‘PINK’ rosado, unlike French or Spanish rosé made from grenache
grapes, is made from 100% Malbec grapes grown in our vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina.
With the average age of the vines of more than 30 years, this 100% Malbec dry rosé was
hand harvested in the second week of March 2008. PINK has a unique character: refreshing
summer fruits in a floral dry, complex wine.

2011 IQUE MALBEC

Typically released in the same year it’s harvested, this is intended to be a fresh, young, unoaked
wine which will improve slightly with age but is not meant to be laid down. Intense ruby-red with
violet hints in color, it has fruity aromas of fresh red fruits and white pepper. Firm structure
and soft lush tannins. 165,000 bottles produced.

2005 LUNLUNTA MALBEC

Made from 100% Malbec grapes, hand-harvested from vineyards located in Lunlunta at 3000
feet above sea level. To achieve an ideal concentration of aromas and tannins, production
has been reduced to only 7,000 lbs per acre. Fermentation takes place during 7 days in small
stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels
and for 9 months in the bottle in our cellar.

2008 RESERVA MALBEC

Estate grown and bottled 100% Malbec made of selected grapes from old vines with a production limited
to 8.5 tons per hectare. After a rigorous selection, the grapes were fermented for 8 days in small,
temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. As a final point, this wine was aged in our underground
cellars for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, and 9 months in the bottle.
This is a huge wine. It is deep red violet with dark fruit aromas, firm structure, full-bodied, long
finish. Excellent with rich spiced dishes, strong cheeses, roast or grilled meats, tuna, salmon and chocolate.
95,000 bottles produced.

Our showcase Malbec. Aged 14 months in new French oak barrels, and 12 months in the bottle. Deep ruby with

tannins, long-lasting finish. Delicious with rich spiced dishes, strong cheeses, roast or grilled meats,
tuna, salmon and chocolate.
