2006 CHARDONNAY

The nose reveals ripe white stone fruits and green apple, reflected on the medium weight palate which displays some partial oak fermentation. On the palate, the wine is fresh and carries a little residual sweetness onto the finish. Drink well-chilled with seafood, poultry, spicy Asian foods or full-flavoured vegetable dishes.
