PANTHER CREEK CELLARS
“Panther Creek wines are Oregon’s most beautifully packaged and also the most concentrated and age worthy wines now being
made in Oregon... Panther Creek has established itself as one of the most consistent, high quality Oregon wineries.”
- Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate

Extended Portfolio

Panther Creek Wines are OCSW certified (Oregon Certified Sustainable Wine). OCSW focuses on the shard principles of Low Input Viticulture
and Enology (LIVE), Food Alliance, the National Organic Program and it's certifying agencies and Demeter Biodynamic. This unifying platform
and certification logo aims to help consumers easily identify and purchase sustainable wines.
The OCSW logo on a bottle label guarantees that consumers are drinking wine crafted using responsible agriculture and winemaking practices;
and that both of those processes were certified by an independent third party, according to Ted Farthing, executive director of the Oregon
Wine Board.
"The goal is to raise awareness and provide clarity and simplicity so that consumers interested in purchasing can easily and immediately
identify these wines." - Ted Farthing

2008 TEMPERANCE HILL VINEYARD PINOT NOIR
+724499 · 12x750ml
Deep ruby and garnet-colored, Temperance Hill possesses an expressively spicy and floral bouquet. The palate persists with hints of cocoa and cinnamon, as well as cranberry, black tart cherry and cola. Fine tannins and bright, fresh acidity offer great structure and balance with a long lingerin finish. This small-production Pinot Noir from some of Oregon’s oldest vines is a true gem.

2008 WINEMAKER’S CUVÉE PINOT NOIR

A ruby-red hue embodies notes of chocolate-covered black cherries, vanilla bean, cola, and earth. Medium bodied, with subtle hints of cranberry chutney, black raspberry, Bing cherry, and orange zest. Bright, long lasting fruit, balanced acidity and firm tannins. A wine to enjoy presently, but surely worthy of aging 5-10 years.

2007 SHEA VINEYARD PINOT NOIR
+724501 · 12x750ml
Ripe and full-bodied, this wine exudes both comfort and sophistication. Indulgent yet refined, starting with its bouquet, with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise, leather and vanilla. Followed by rich, spiced flavors, such as blackberry, black cherry, cocoa, orange peel, black pepper, currant, and earth. As always, the Shea drinks beautifully in its youth, but deserves time to mature in the bottle.
