2006 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Deep dark red with purple hue. Fragrant mint and cherry with some licorice and sweet vanillin oak in harmony. Firm structure with rich, mouth filling fruit, fleshy tannins and a long, dry finish. Bottle maturation will further soften the palate through integration of fruit and oak tannins.

2006 “XV BARRELS” CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Deep red / purple. Aromas of Eucalyptus, fruit tingles, some maltiness.). Moderate in weight, firm acidity, otherwise soft with some jamminess, rhubarb and cherries, dusty tannins on finish. Will benefit from considerable bottle maturation for 8 10 years plus. Decant before serving. Serve with Char grilled scotch fillet with garlic and chips.

2007 “THE VINCENT” SHIRAZ

Deep red, some purple. Concentrated aromas of dark cherries, soft leather, shoe polish (all good attributes!), smoky, slightly chary oak. On the palate, coffee beans, chocolate and leather, some cigar leaf. Soft tannins, yet structured with moderate acidity and fine balance. Dry finish, excellent length.

Lifted and distinctive juicy stone fruit aromas are supported by spicy, dusty oak aromas along with toasty barrel fermentation
and maturation characters. Complex mix of elegant fruit balanced with a creamy, yeasty texture and spicy oak. A long ?nish follows
with a cleansing lean acidity. Matured for 9 months on-lees with regular stirring. No malolactic fermentation.
